Four stories up, at the one bend where the Animas runs right past the building. Coffee and cold-pressed shots in the morning, spritzes under the shade sails all afternoon, string lights and champagne when the canyon goes violet. There is nothing else like it in town — and we'd honestly prefer to keep it that way.
